Three periods of Florida Indian culture dating back two-thousand years at
this archaeological site which covers 10 aacres on Terra Ceia Island in
Manatee County. U.S. 19 north from Bradenton, following the signs to the Sunshine Skyway. Exit at Terra Ceia Island. The mound site is on the island's west shore, facing the bay. 722-1017 Open daily from 8 AM to sunset. |
